RETURNING & REPLACEMENT & REFUND
At JERSEYLOOM, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Player names, numbers and sponsor logos may change before the start of the new season.
Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
At JERSEYLOOM, returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we’ve got you covered! Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
RETURN PROCESS

Please describe which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. Attach photograph(s) for quality-related issues.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
– Professional suggestions will be offered. Our service team will provide you with detailed instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. To return an item, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. RETURN THE GOODS
– Place the item(s) in the original packaging and send them via your local post office.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGE
– Once we receive your package, we will process the refund or exchange according to our return conditions.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION
We do not accept returned items sent back without notifying us first via email (cjinrong19@gmail.com).
Any address shown on the parcel is not the return address. Please contact customer service to obtain the correct return address.
Orders returned without an authorized return address from our customer service team will not be refunded.
Clearance / Promotion products do not support returns or exchanges (e.g. collections named “Clearance Promotions” or products with “Clearance” in the title).
ITEMS THAT CAN BE RETURNED / REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED
(Within 14 days of receiving, must meet the criteria below)
Defective items that are damaged, broken, or dirty upon arrival.
Items received in the wrong size or color.
Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged
(e.g. flocked jerseys or retro jerseys).Items that have not been washed, worn, or used within 14 days of receipt and do not meet your expectations.

If you decide you no longer need the item for any reason, you may report it within 14 days of receiving the item. A partial refund of the item cost may apply.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
Items outside the 14-day return window.
Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
Items under the following categories: Clearance / Promotion
Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged (e.g. flocked jerseys or retro jerseys).
RETURNS
Please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized items (e.g. flocked jerseys or retro jerseys).Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.
Returns sent without prior authorization from our return staff will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–15 days.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service.
Shipping costs for returned packages are non-refundable.
JERSEYLOOM cannot refund, reimburse, or cover any customs duties, VAT, or return shipping costs.Please double-check your return before shipping. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS
Please contact after-sales customer service to obtain the correct return address.
All return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Please check with your local post office for return shipping costs. We recommend using the cheapest registered airmail method available.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please carefully verify size, color, quantity, recipient, and shipping address before payment.

More than 12 hours after placing an order: a 20% processing fee applies
Orders cannot be canceled after 7 days

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for return shipping fees.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), the consumer will not bear the return shipping cost.
