⚠️ Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following regions or countries:
Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Iran, Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), North Korea, Syria, or any unlisted countries/regions.
Delivery Examples
After placing an order, the processing time is typically 5–10 working days from the order date.
All packages are strictly inspected before being handed over to the logistics provider.Shipping time is usually 10–15 working days, and buyers typically receive their packages within 15–25 days.
Important: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information.

Delays & Customs
During public holidays or peak seasons, processing and delivery times may be extended.
Customs clearance procedures may also cause delays, especially before major holidays (e.g. Valentine’s Day).
Standard shipping times are estimates only and do not include customs processing time in the destination country.
In some cases, local customs may require additional documentation, which can further delay delivery.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered via the national postal or courier service of the destination country.
For deliveries outside the United States, a signature may be required, so please choose an address where someone is available during business hours.
